Premium Membership Plans

Premium Membership will allow you to view complete contact details (email address, full postal address, phone) for all au pair/nanny or family profiles listed on Au Pair King Site.

We provide 3 premium membership plans depending on the duration: $49 USD for 3 months, $69 USD for 6 months and $99 USD for 12 months.

All payments for all customers worldwide are processed via Share*It payment service. The following payment methods are supported: Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners), PayPal, Wire Transfer, Check, Cash, etc. Payments are processed over Secure Web Servers, certified daily by VeriSign, McAfee etc. For more details please refer to our Customer Care Center.

Please note:
1. To be able to proceed with the payment, your profile should be at least 1 week old. This will allow us to check all newly created profiles and delete suspicious ones to reduce the risk of fraudulent orders and to prevent our honest users from being contacted by scammers.
2. After your order is placed, we may need additional time to check order details before we activate your membership. However, the total duration of your membership will be countdown starting from the activation time and NOT from your purchase time, so we kindly ask you for your patience.

Refund Policy

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (distance selling), you may cancel your premium membership within 14 days after you have submitted your payment but only if you have not already used our services. We will NOT process a refund if you have already viewed any au pair or family profile after activation of your Premium Membership. As soon as you are a Premium Member and you have accessed any au pair or family profile, our paid service is deemed to be provided completely.
